FORMS FOR ADVISORS

Table Talk Submission Form:

• Each school registering is invited to submit up to 4 Table Talk topics. 
• Table Talks are ten minute presentations presented three times.  
• Up to two students may present for each topic selected.
• No electricity is provided.
• These are presented in a “table top” format

Advisor Service Recognition:

• TASC recognizes advisors for years of service at five year intervals.  Retiring advisors who have served for more than five years are also recognized.  Advisors must submit a recognition form.

District Flag Ceremony Form:

• Either the District President Advisor or the District Coordinator for each district is asked to submit the name of the student and the school carrying the district flag. A practice will be held Sunday, April 10, in the afternoon.
